 ged by "Openwashing"\, that is global hyperscalers claiming Open Source st
 atus while releasing only non-deterministic model weights\, deliberately o
 bscuring the underlying training data and algorithmic recipes required for
  true scientific reproducibility and security auditing.\n\nThis session ex
 plores the high-stakes intersection of traditional community values\, Euro
 pean digital sovereignty\, and emerging operational AI realities. We will 
 analyze the fundamentally dual nature of neural network weights\, demonstr
 ating precisely why traditional software licenses fail to capture the comp
 lexities of machine learning. Attendees will be guided through a critical
 \, comparative evaluation of the latest transparency frameworks\, includin
 g the Open Source Initiative’s OSAID v1.0\, the Linux Foundation’s Mod
