DESCRIPTION:Most conversations about agentic AI start with autonomy: how t
 o remove people from the loop and automate work. That path may improve sho
 rt-term efficiency\, but it risks displacing human value as models and age
 nt stacks become widely available.\n\nThis talk proposes a different natio
 nal trajectory: empower people with sovereign agents that act as lifelong 
 digital extensions of their identity\, skills\, and judgment. Instead of c
 ompeting with autonomous systems\, citizens\, public servants\, and enterp
 rises would operate through a Human + Agent model where humans remain acco
 untable\, agents expand capability\, and sovereignty is designed into the 
 architecture.\n\nThe session introduces OSARA (Open Sovereign Agent Refere
 nce Architecture) as an open implementation path for countries and institu
 tions: identity\, control\, interoperability\, evidence\, and governance m
 echanisms that help humans stay in the economy\, excel within it\, and out
 perform systems optimized only for full autonomy.
