โ€ข Don't offer any sales pitch.
If you are a supplier company and you only want to present your solution, we advise you to subscribe to a sponsored workshop.
โ€ข Get involved in current events.
We encourage you to propose topics that shed light on current and future issues and challenges. Think about what will be in the headlines tomorrow.
โ€ข Detail your submission.
The programme committee, however expert it may be, cannot possibly know all the open source projects and solutions out there. It is important to have a sufficiently detailed description of the project and to specify the licences. Don't hesitate to include sources and links.
โ€ข Describe the proposed course of action.
Be as clear and precise as possible about the nature of your project. As well as presenting the project you are proposing, remember to specify the aspects you wish to highlight during your presentation, whether technical, functional, organisational or other. Don't hesitate to propose an outline that describes the different stages of your presentation.
โ€ข For all levels.
Don't hesitate to propose presentations aimed at a non-specialist audience. OSXP also seeks to support visitors who are new to open source.
Even if you don't have any experience of speaking at a conference, don't hesitate to submit a proposal. If your proposal is accepted, we will assist you with your presentation.

In order to maximise our programming, we limit the number of conferences selected per organisation (excluding sponsor talks).
