 ply Chain Threat\nThe BADBOX 2.0 operation represents one of the most soph
 isticated examples of cyber-enabled fraud discovered in recent years. Targ
 eting over a million Android open source project devices globally\, includ
 ing CTV streaming boxes\, tablets\, and car infotainment systems\, this gl
 obal campaign exploited legitimate hardware supply chains to create a dist
 ributed infrastructure for proxy jacking\, ad fraud\, and persistent remot
 e access.\nThis session explores how our team identified\, investigated\, 
 and ultimately disrupted BADBOX 2.0. Building on years of experience uncov
 ering ad fraud and coordinated actor networks\, we applied advanced open-s
 ource intelligence (OSINT) techniques\, device telemetry analysis\, and in
 frastructure correlation to connect activity across continents. These meth
 ods led to attribution not only to specific factories but also to the indi
 viduals responsible for large-scale distribution of compromised devices.\n
 We will discuss the technical discovery and disruption process\, from firm
 ware analysis and reverse-engineering to intelligence fusion and partnersh
 ip coordination. Attendees will learn how we collaborated with industry pe
 ers and ecosystem stakeholders to share intelligence\, mitigate impact\, a
 nd prevent re-emergence of the threat.\nThe talk will focus on actionable 
 lessons for cyber professionals and defenders. We will present reusable fr
 ameworks for analyzing multi-layered criminal infrastructures that cross f
 rom consumer devices into enterprise networks. Attendees will walk away wi
 th practical approaches for managing complex supply chain threats\, develo
 ping partnerships to amplify disruption\, and enhancing organizational res
