Women in Software Engineering Japan ディレクター。
エンジニア／研究者として、バックエンド開発、RAG向け生成AI、データ処理、クラウドなどの分野に携わり、顧客のDX推進を支援するアプリ開発に取り組んでいる。日本国内外の複数企業（Dell Inc.を含む）での勤務経験を持ち、文科省国費留学生として会津大学大学院にて博士号を取得。
また、Women Who Code Tokyo や Women in Software Engineering Japan を通じ、女性が技術職で成長・活躍できる機会を広げる活動に取り組んでいる。
趣味は Unity Engine を使ったAR/VR開発、旅行や街の名所探訪、新しい料理やコーヒーの発見。
Software Engineer and Director of Women in Software Engineering Japan
I’m a Software engineer and researcher with experience on Backend, GenAI for RAG, Data Processing, and Cloud. I help customers on their digital transformation journey building Proof-of-concept and prototyping applications for Document search and business intelligence.
I’m also an enthusiast exploring AR/VR development with the Unity Engine as a hobby.
I was awarded a MEXT scholarship to study in Japan and got a Master's and Ph.D. in Computer Science at The University of Aizu in Fukushima. I’ve also worked in several companies in Japan and abroad including Dell Inc.
To create more inclusive and accessible solutions for everyone, we need to build opportunities to help more women thrive and excel in technical careers. For over four years, I’ve contributed to this mission by organizing technical and career events through my volunteer work with Women Who Code Tokyo and now as Director at Women in Software Engineering Japan.
Outside work I enjoy traveling, exploring the city's landmarks, tasting new food, and finding great coffee!

「多様性について、あなたはどう感じていますか？」
現場で直面する課題や工夫を、社会人・学生・外国籍など多様な背景を持つ女性たちが「どんな壁があり、どう乗り越えてきたか」を語ります。
当日は会場からの質問も受け付け、参加者のみなさんと一緒に考えていきます。
This is the first-ever D&I panel at PyCon JP.
“How do you feel about diversity?”
Women from diverse backgrounds—including professionals, students, and those with international experience—will share the challenges they’ve faced and the ways they’ve overcome them.
The panel will also take questions from the audience, creating an opportunity to think together about diversity and inclusion.
