Each migration is unique and necessitates thorough preparation for planning, execution, and subsequent development.
In this talk, I will present a specific use case of a migration that we conducted, with a particular focus on the lessons learned during the planning and execution phases.

In this talk, I will present a specific use case of a migration that we conducted with a modular Django system, consisting of 10 Django systems, from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. This presentation will focus particularly on the lessons learned during the planning and execution phases, as well as sharing insights into the tools and actions that proved most effective during this migration.
