He has been working with AI and machine learning for over 15 years, spanning telecom, retail, finance, and utilities - long before it became a buzzword. His focus has always been the hard end of the work: the messy data, the legacy systems, the delivery challenges that others avoid.

Through the example of a real IT system migration – normally a 2–4 year project – we will show how AI can compress the timeline to weeks, reduce the pain, and even make it fun.
