What truly defines the value of Robot Framework? Is it the cutting-edge technology? The fact that it's open source? Or perhaps, the fact that its keywords resonate like natural, human language? While all of these attributes hold true, in my perspective, the most invaluable aspect of Robot Framework is its community.
Witnessing people come together, be it in developing the Robot Framework ecosystem or tackling challenges in its usage, is a truly beautiful sight. But the question arises, how do we unite this community? How can we foster greater collaboration among its users? These were the very questions that drove our initiative to increase the level of collaboration of the Polish RF community. Where did they lead us? Allow me to tell the story of how we set the wheels in motion.
Our tale revolves around the Wrobocon initiative, covering various facets such as:

It is for a broad audience, for anyone how wants to be engaged in community building on whichever level (regional, country wide, globally). So the soft skill are more crucial. The level of experience in RF isn't that important, but it's good to already know some people from the community that is why I selected that this talk is for intermediate and advanced users.

I'm in IT over 10 year and testing was always a part of my responsibilities. Actually it was the most fun for me. I started my adventure with test automation in 2018 at Nokia and Robot Framework was the first automation tool I used. Since that time I changed the companies, had experience with different automation frameworks but RF was always my number one. That's why for several years now I'm working RF.
