Paulo José Matos is an enthusiast of Quality Assurance and Testing working in this field for more than 16 years.
During his career, he performed manual and automated tests, implement performance testing, audited development processes (ISO 25000 based), shaped teams from scratch with manual and automation testing skills and recovered several high-risk projects for different clients. Currently responsible for monitoring 27 projects in parallel, with nearly 60 QA Testers at Portugal's largest largest oil and gas company - Galp.
From an academic perspective, he became specialized during his master's in Testing Software Energy Consumption and is currently on Web Science and Technology PhD. Paulo has ISTQB Foundation Core, Agile and Advance Level Certificates.
He actively participates in the testing community, both as an Event Speaker (500 maximum audience in brasil) and organizer for internal and public QA Testing events. Also, is regularly invited to be a lecturer on retrainning courses.
