About the conference
RoboCon is the crown jewel of the Robot Framework community. Once again we are gathering together as a community to learn, exchange knowledge and have a great time with one another. For RoboCon 2026 we will have a similar fully in-person conference and then a few weeks later a full online conference like previous years.
The in-person conference will be held in Helsinki 12-13 February, 2026. Please also reserve the 10th and 11th of February and for the Workshops and the Community Day. The Community Day is an open space for the community to learn, discuss and advance topics related to Robot Framework. This might include workshop participants practicing what they learned with the help of the workshop facilitators. The online conference will take place 4th-5th March, 2026 followed by the community day and tutorials on the March 6th. For RoboCon2026 Online the first day will focus on and be run during business hours and a focus on EMEA + Asia. The second day, 5th March, will be run during business hours in the Americas.
All in-person conference talks will be presented in-person, on stage in Helsinki. The online conference will be live-streamed with pre-recorded talks and a selection of Helsinki talks with a live Q&A. The talks are planned to be shared post-conference on our YouTube Channel.
Looking for Talks, Workshops, Tutorials and Keynotes
We are looking for conference talks, workshops and tutorials for 2026. All presentations are 25 minutes long including Q&A, 20 minutes live(on-site)/recorded(remote) talk plus 5 minutes live Q&A. Workshops are planned for in-person in Helsinki and are full day. Workshops are focused on participants doing hands-on learning with a facilitator’s guidance. Tutorials, for the online conference only, are two hour presentations giving an introduction or walk through a topic with an audience primarily listening and asking questions. This year we are also welcoming proposals for keynote speakers. If you have an idea which you would want to discuss with us please submit those ideas.
Topics can range from technical to non technical, introductory to advanced, libraries, ecosystem projects, writing scripts or reporting results, or a topic that you find would be instructive to the wider community. Most important is that knowledge is shared and the participants have actionable walk aways.
Our conference focuses on the Robot Framework community and the usage of Robot Framework out in the larger testing, RPA and automation space.
For speakers who are not accepted, we will offer a voucher to redeem a discounted Blind priced ticket to the conference. More details about the compensation are provided below.
