Stories are a core to the human experience and core to our understanding of complex technical systems. This talk will discuss the role that stories play in software in general and open source specifically. The stories we collectively write and share, in the form of code, are the concrete artifacts we create. How we go about organizing the development of these stories and the relationships between people are the spirit of SciPy.
