DESCRIPTION:The aim of this study is to validate a personalized implicit me
asure of job satisfaction by employing semantically relevant stimuli tailo
red to this construct. The research addresses the need for tools that can
reliably assess implicit attitudes toward job satisfaction\, complementing
traditional explicit measures.\n\nParticipants perform a computerized Imp
licit Association Test (IAT)\, adapted to focus on job satisfaction. The t
ask categorizes stimuli—related to participants’ work experience and p
 aired with satisfaction/dissatisfaction valence.\n\nThe expected results w
ill demonstrate the construct validity and reliability of the personalized
IAT for job satisfaction. We will also examine correlations between impli
cit and explicit measures to explore their convergent validity. \n\nThis s
tudy is part of a larger project aimed at developing implicit tools tailor
ed to organizational settings. Future research will investigate their appl
ication in diverse workplace environments and their potential to predict k
ey organizational outcomes\, such as employee performance and retention.
