DESCRIPTION:At our department of Psychology at the Ruhr University Bochum\
 , Germany\, we (students\, part of the departments 'Open Science Initiativ
 e' group) have the opportunity to draft what we call the "Open Science Str
 ategy" for the department since many labs in the department aren't aligned
  in how (or whether) they implement open science practices. In the session
 \, we will discuss specific measures that could be part of this Open Scien
 ce Strategy and exchange prior experiences with implementing open science 
 more broadly.
