DESCRIPTION:Scholars working in majority world contexts often experience un
 ique challenges when publishing in leading psychological journals (Raval e
 t al.\, 2024). This roundtable will create an open\, collaborative space f
 or faculty\, postdoctoral researchers\, and graduate students to share the
 ir experiences with the peer-review and publication process. We will invit
 e participants to reflect on the kinds of feedback they have received from
  editors and reviewers\, the challenges they have encountered related to t
 he use of open science frameworks\, artificial intelligence\, transparency
  standards\, methodological norms\, and resource constraints\, and how the
 se factors shape their work. The session will also focus on what Majority 
 World scholars find helpful\, what they would like to see change\, and wha
 t forms of support would be most meaningful. Through open dialogue and sha
 red problem-solving\, we aim to generate practical recommendations and fos
 ter collaborative efforts to promote more equitable\, rigorous\, and globa
 lly inclusive publication practices in psychology.
