DESCRIPTION:While Big Team and Open Science initiatives have greatly enhanc
 ed statistical power and cross-cultural representation in psychological sc
 iences\, this has proven to not be enough to curb existing disparities. Sp
 ecifically\, increased Big Team Science projects\, cross-cultural sampling
 \, shared authorship\, and funding systems are tailored by\, and in servic
 e of\, Minority World research priorities and political agendas. In the wa
 ke of heavily limited international research funding\, alternative funding
  and collaboration schemes are required to foster international collaborat
 ion. This unconference will aim to determine how we can center Majority Wo
 rld needs and priorities by facilitating “South to South” collaboratio
 ns.  During this time we will seek to determine how researchers from the M
 ajority World can work in all steps of the process\, emphasizing research 
 question selection.
