DESCRIPTION:Geographical databases such as OpenStreetMap (OSM) are continu
ously evolving to reflect ground-level transformations. Identifying and ch
aracterizing these changes is a key challenge for analyzing evolution over
time. While several works have analyzed OSM edit history\, the semantic i
nterpretation of changes and the ability to distinguish genuine ground-lev
el evolution from data refinements\, tagging corrections\, or modeling dec
isions\, remains largely unaddressed. For planners relying on OSM\, distin
guishing real infrastructure changes from editing artifacts is critical. W
e address this challenge through two contributions: a web application to e
xplore change dynamics and a methodology for semantic annotation and inter
 pretation of edits.
