DESCRIPTION:Street-level imagery has a huge potential for OpenStreetMap map
 pers. Panoramax is a project to collect and manage street-level imagery\, 
 implemented as free and opensource software. It allows the crowdsourcing o
 f images\, which are then usually openly licensed.\n\nNowadays\, Panoramax
  allows 2D images management and visualization : images are located at a s
 pecific location\, and displayed in a 2D visualization widget.\n\nWe are w
 orking on **full 3D support for Panoramax** : enabling point cloud visuali
 zation and images simultaneously\, integrating panoramic images or oriente
 d images inside the 3D world\, and adding 3D visualization capabilities to
  Panoramax.\n\nWe present the current state of work and what this new appr
 oach opens in terms of new usages for OSM mappers.
