Valeria Rossi

PhD student in the "Ecological Transition" XXXVIII cycle at the University of Palermo. She coordinated cooperation projects in Africa on behalf of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the fields of training, empowerment and protection of women's rights. Awarded with the 2007 "Paola Biocca" prize for travel writing, organized by the Italo Calvino Award Association. Today she is a teacher.
