DESCRIPTION:Linux has been one of the most active open source project sinc
e it's creation in 1991. Having 9 changes an hour\, for the last 10 year
s or so\, presents an interesting challenge for traditional safety analysi
s methodologies. The [ELISA]([url](https://elisa.tech/)) (Enabling Linux
in Safety Applications) project has been exploring approaches to help wit
h the analysis of linux being used in safety critical systems. This sess
ion will go through some of the approaches being investigated to date and
welcomes discussion on other approaches to consider.
