As the Vice President of software development for the Innovations Center at Truth Initiative, Doug Harris leads the team responsible for building EX Program, the organization's groundbreaking digital tobacco cessation product. Harris manages all technical aspects of the EX platform, including software development, staff, operations, and technology direction.

Harris has over 30 years of experience as a technical manager and programmer, designing software applications and leading multi-continental teams of programmers, systems administrators, and database administrators.

Prior web work includes working for Slate Magazine, the World Bank, and the (now defunct) startup which created US News & World Report's car rankings site.
