DESCRIPTION:Wikidata has grown in all dimensions since its start 9 years a
 go. In this talk we will have a look at one of the biggest technical scali
 ng challenges that Wikidata currently faces: the Wikidata Query Service. W
 e provide a high level overview of the technical challenges of scaling Wik
 idata Query Service (which were also outlined in the [August 2021 update](
 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Query_Service_scaling_update_Aug_20
 21)) and the current results of the [WDQS user survey](https://www.wikidat
 a.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat/Archive/2021/08#Wikidata_Query_Service_(W
 DQS)_User_Survey_2021). Based on this\, we introduce some of our current s
 trategies/plans for scaling and how you can help make them reality.
