About the event
World Wide Workshop Wednesday 2025 is a single-day, fully online series of interactive, facilitator-led sessions. On Wednesday, 1 October 2025, attendees will dive deep into practical topics—learning by doing in small, collaborative virtual rooms.

What we’re looking for
We welcome proposals for full-day (8h) or half-day (4h) online workshops (including breaks) that emphasize hands-on learning. Ideal workshops will:
- Guide participants through real-world scenarios with step-by-step exercises
- Cover topics from introductory Robot Framework basics to advanced integrations, libraries or ecosystem tools
- Provide clear, actionable takeaways: sample code snippets, templates, or project starters
- Encourage interactive Q&A and peer collaboration
Possible workshop themes
- Writing and organizing Robot Framework test suites
- Building custom libraries and plugins
- Integrating Robot Framework with CI/CD pipelines
- Test data management and reporting
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases
- Non-technical topics: community building, governance, documentation best practices
- AI usage with Robot Framework
- You may propose any other theme you see fit

How to submit
Please complete our online proposal form with the following details:
- Workshop title
- Workshop length: Choose either full-day (8 hours) or half-day (4 hours)
- Workshop description: A concise summary of your workshop's focus and goals. You may include 3–5 key takeaways
- Knowledge level: Clearly state the expected skill level (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and provide context for each
- Workshop agenda: A detailed and structured session plan, including topic breakdown and estimated timings
- Preparation and technical requirements: List any tools, software, accounts, or setup needed in advance
- Presenter bio: Brief professional background and relevant experience
In your proposal notes, please confirm that you can commit to the full day (09:00–17:00 CET on 1 October 2025), or indicate if you prefer a different time—for example, for half-day workshop or to accommodate audiences in the Americas or Asia—along with your suggested time slot.
