World Wide Workshop Wednesday 2025

Come and share at WWWW 2025!

We're glad that you want to contribute to our event with your proposal.

Please fill out the following form with information about what you would like to present, what the audience will learn from you (very important!), and any other pertinent information.

Please write at most 100 characters.

Workshop. A workshop is either a full-day (8 hours) or half-day (4 hours) interactive, hands-on learning session conducted live online. Workshops are designed for small groups and emphasize practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and active participation. Breaks are included in the session duration. Only workshops in these two formats are accepted for the event.

You have 350 characters to sell your talk. This is known as the "elevator pitch". Make it as exciting and enticing as possible.

Please write at most 600 characters.

This field supports raw HTML. The description will be seen by reviewers during the Call for Speakers process and may eventually be seen by the attendees of the event.

Workshop Description: A concise description that outlines the primary goal and objectives of your workshop. Include the key takeaways.

Knowledge Level: Clearly define the knowledge prerequisites for participants. This will help attendees gauge if the workshop is suitable for them. Consider using descriptive names for different knowledge levels to make it more understandable.

Workshop Agenda: A well-structured agenda that details the content and what participants can expect to learn. This should be specific and not vague.

Preparation and Technical Requirements: Clearly state what participants need to prepare, including any required software, tools, or accounts they need to set up in advance.

Example: See this sample workshop description for reference.

Well-structured submissions improve your chances of being selected and help ensure your audience is well-prepared and engaged.

Please write at most 8000 characters.

Please confirm that you can commit to the full day (09:00–17:00 CET on 1 October 2025), or indicate if you prefer a different time—for example, for half-day workshop or to accommodate audiences in the Americas or Asia—along with your suggested time slot.

If you have a co-speaker, please add their email address here, and we will invite them to create an account. If you have more than one co-speaker, you can add more speakers after finishing the proposal process.
