Razan is an Innovation and Experience Leader with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning banking, healthcare, and government. She leads large-scale digital transformation programs, service design initiatives, and has played a key role in establishing innovation center and design labs that drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

Razan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University and an MBA from Al-Faisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She is widely recognized for her expertise in human-centered design, customer-centric strategy, and innovation management, delivering impact across both public and private sectors.
