With experience in project, program, and design management across oncology, cardiology, and Enterprise Informatics, Mirjam specializes in innovation, customer engagement, design thinking, UX, and interaction design.

At Philips since 1995, Mirjam has held roles such as Manager of the Innovation Lab in Eindhoven and Creative Director for Experience Design at Philips Design. A recognized speaker and panelist at international UX conferences like WUC and EDA, Mirjam holds several interaction design patents and co-creates detailed customer journeys and eco-system maps, leading global innovation with an optimistic and open-minded approach.
