Among the excitement about AI, it’s easy to forget that products should be designed to enhance the experiences of real humans. Our brain doesn’t evolve as quickly as technology, so understanding the psychology of our customers becomes paramount. It’s equally crucial to apply these principles ethically, even more so today, when AI can cause real harm to real people.
In this masterclass, you will learn:
• How to apply psychology principles to your design, TODAY to build products that resonate with the hearts of their users
• How AI, far from replacing us, can be an ally and help us create better, more inclusive products
• How to take advantage of AI tools, tailored to your work
• How to combine AI and psychology ethically
This masterclass is more than just theory: you'll leave with practical advice that can transform your work, starting today.
