2025-10-14 –, Hall 5
This workshop will provide attendees hands-on experience on how to collect, analyze and present UX metrics. We will first cover basic concepts such as confidence intervals, statistical tests, and data types. Next, we will dive into a broad portfolio of UX metrics, including performance, self-reported, behavioral, usability, scorecards, and emotion-based metrics. We will touch on the latest tools and technologies for UX measurement. Also, I will give an advanced preview of new content from the fourth edition of "Measuring the User Experience," including measuring product-market fit and the use of AI for UX measurement.
There will be ample time for attendees to practice these measurement techniques using a sample data set, and ask plenty of questions. This workshop will give the attendees a new set of quantitative UX research skills that they can immediately apply to their jobs.
