When it comes to Inclusive Design, we often fight for more responsible and sustainable solutions, for a Design for All. Which is ultimately not just the right thing to do but most of the time a wise business decision. Yet, when our (corporate) responsibility meets the realities of everyday product development, oftentimes the urgent beets the important, and the short-term business KPI beats the long-term investment in our society.
This talk will explore the reasons for failing to fulfulling responsibility, succesful strategies for implementing responsible and inclusive solutions, and levers for sustainable change.
