While each metric highlights unique facets, they share overarching themes. This talk introduces a ‘UX KPI Funnel’ framework that visually organizes and consolidates these measures in a hierarchical structure, making it easier to see both the big picture and the finer details.

By layering broad, high-level metrics at the top and drilling down into more specific ones, the funnel captures overall sentiment and deeper process insights. This approach clarifies how KPIs interrelate, aligning business goals with user expectations and pinpointing improvement areas. Through practical examples, I will show how this method streamlines reporting and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
