UX as Risk Management: Wake Up or Fade Out?
2025-10-16 , Hall 1B

The UX industry is at a crossroads. While we passionately advocate for user-centered design, too often we are sidelined in critical business conversations. Why? Because we fail to speak the language of management. Instead of taking the role of strategic partners, we retreat into frustration when our voices aren't heard. But what if UX wasn’t just about better interfaces? What if it became a cornerstone of corporate management?
How can we demonstrate that ignoring usability leads to costly failures, lost customers, and reputational risks? What happens when we position UX as a critical tool for minimizing risks and maximizing business outcomes? How can we prove our worth by adopting a "business-first" mindset without losing our human-centered essence?
This talk explores why UX needs to evolve, and offers a roadmap to make UX indispensable in boardroom discussions.
