The economy has slowed the growth of UX communities in many organizations. At the same time, many changes in the business increase the risk of losing revenue or incurring unplanned costs due to poor UX. The challenges and responsibilities of UX professionals are growing. Many UX managers are challenged to do more with the same or even fewer UX resources (budget, people, vendors, and tools). They need to adapt UX processes and methodologies to the new realities. They need to ensure that UX professionals can evolve and keep pace with change.

In his talk, Ulf will present his approach to ensuring that DATEV maintains and increases the efficiency and effectiveness of its UX processes. He will present the metrics he uses as a guide and share his experiences in optimizing the processes for UX design, UX research and journey management.

Ulf is Director of UX and Touchpoint Design at DATEV eG. As a manager and consultant, he has been helping companies to become more successful through Customer and User Experience, attractive product design and continuous learning from user feedback for many years. His professional focus is on human-centred organisation, UX/CX management, UX/CX strategy and Experience Design. With the "Experience Leadership Club" he also supports experience professionals (UX, CX & EX) on their way to leadership positions.
