Incluthon Classic introduces stakeholders to the topic of the power a diverse society can achieve.
This session will be facilitated by a birth blind subject matter expert in non-visual accessibility crafting.
Participants in 2 mentored groups will work together with our disability experts gaining insight into how digital products behave in everyday life with disabilities.
In the Workshop, participants will get the opportunity to submit their own recommendations for an accessibility reboot.
The chosen application or platform will be analysed with a focus on visual, hearing and motor disabilities.
Then, completely new services are created together in teamwork.
Each participant receives exclusive access to our inclusive toolkit, which helps every product team to develop not only barrier-free but also inclusive solutions.
Stefan Barac has been focussing on accessibility, inclusion and sustainability for 15 years.
As an industrial designer and engineer, he has gained a lot of experience from different perspectives.
This mix helps him to improve the way he works. At the interface between technology and people.
Especially in the ergonomic design of processes.
His focus is on strategic training and the application of accessibility.
Since the beginning of 2024 he has been supporting companies in implementing accessibility on his own.
His work helps companies reach more target audiences, generate more sales and change the culture of their organisations.
The goal is to help people by solving their problems.
Increased efficiency is often a positive consequence.
