(357) [EN] „A people never set free“
Robert Osei, Sophie Knabner
The poem "A people will never be free" talks about colonial history and the foundation of modern African countries. In a simple but profound and self-evident way, it tells when and how the colonial project began, what psychological legacies it left behind within African societies, and how it laid the foundations for Western political and economic domination, which was to the detriment of the then young African states to this day.
