Pedro Vital García is the Founder of Bitcoin Dominicana and President of the Dominican Bitcoin Association. With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, he is driving Bitcoin adoption with tangible results across the Dominican Republic, helping hundreds of local businesses from cafés and restaurants to hotels and tour operators integrate Bitcoin payments into their daily operations. Through initiatives like My First Bitcoin education programs, the Bitcoin Mystery Shopper, and the Samaná Bitcoin Plaza, Pedro is building real circular economies that connect merchants, travelers, and communities. A recipient of the Bitcoin Beach Grant, he continues to position the Dominican Republic as a Caribbean hub for innovation, financial freedom, and real world Bitcoin adoption.
