Modern feminism, despite its noble beginnings advocating financial independence and sovereignty for women, has taken a counterproductive turn by encouraging women to suppress their feminine traits in favour of adopting traditionally masculine ones. This ideological shift has left both men and women unfulfilled, contributing to declining birth rates across the Western world and beyond. For a sustainable, balanced, and healthy society, the masculine and feminine must operate synergistically rather than antagonistically, with each being valued and rewarded accordingly – including financially. The growing trend of embedding arbitrary data in Bitcoin transactions, like Ordinal inscriptions and BRC-20 tokens, has sparked discussion about how Bitcoin's limited blockspace is being used, how it impacts the long-term size of the UTXO set, and what role miners and node operators should play in relaying or filtering such transactions. Some see this as a natural extension of Bitcoin’s capabilities, while others see it as an inefficient use of the network.

This talk looks at how a proposed soft-fork upgrades (activation of OP_CTV and OP_CSFS) could provide a more purpose-built alternative. These opcodes enable structured, rule-based Bitcoin transactions, making it possible to build advanced protocols without relying on ad-hoc data storage or unusual transaction formats. By introducing clearer ways to define spending conditions and reference external data, they offer a potential path to reduce pressure on the network while still supporting innovation.

In 2023, I stood here in El Salvador and talked about "Practical Merchant Adoption".
Now I'm the CTO of a company focused on exactly that. What lessons have I learned since then, and how can we all now work together to accelerate merchant adoption everywhere?

The Internet still runs on a bloated and insecure legacy: TCP/IP. What if we rethought the data layer entirely, just like Bitcoin rethought money?
BCNP (Bitcoin Communication Network Protocol) is a minimalist alternative to TCP/IP. Inspired by the clean design of the good old CLNP and the ethos of Bitcoin Lightning; BCNP removes IP addresses, DNS, NAT, etc in favor of self-assembling communication based on MAC-derived addressing and gateway-assigned prefixes.
This talk presents a working prototype of BCNP, including host to gateway negotiation, Ethernet-based transmission, and IP-tunneled multi-segment communication. It’s not just theory; BCNP runs now on Linux, over real hardware.
Like Lightning, BCNP favors locality, speed, and direct connections. It’s an open invitation to rethink everything beneath Bitcoin and to stop relying on an Internet stack built for surveillance and control.

The Money Wisdom Project is a startup nonprofit founded by Dr. Deanna Heikkinen, an educator, curriculum developer, and published author whose career spans teaching, curriculum design, Bitcoin education, and grant writing. The organization is in its launch phase, focusing on developing and distributing children's books about the history of money, alongside age-appropriate curriculum packets for teachers in primary and secondary education.

In this talk, I’ll share how we are automating the publishing process and integrating AI-based translation workflows. The goal is to make the Bitcoin Diploma available to as many people as possible, breaking down language barriers and expanding global access to Bitcoin education.
