Learn about different kinds of bitcoin nodes

This will be an loosely structured workshop/presentation... Actually running a bitcoin node involves downloading 400GB of data so it impractical to demonstrate that on conference WiFi and obviously impossible to finish in a 45 min time slot

Depending on time I will try to get through a few quick demos:
- Run a single bitcoin core node on regtest
- Create regtest networks with Lightning Polar https://lightningpolar.com/
- Deploy mainnet Voltage node https://voltage.cloud/
