يقدم الجلسة -30 دقيقة- عضو من فريق تدقيق المعلومات في "أنير" Annir.ly.
يتمحور الحديث في هذه الجلسة حول استخدام أساليب وآليات التضليل الممنهج في التأثير على رأي مستخدم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي البسيط ولتسليط الضوء على فكرة أو قضية معينة وتهميش أخرى.
في هذه الجلسة سيتم عرض أمثلة عن تطبيقات التضليل الممنهج في ليبيا، كاستخدام روبوتات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في نشر المعلومات الزائفة والمضللة، وهذا بالإضافة إلى نتائج بعض التحقيقات التي عملنا عليها في "أنير" وإلى الاستشهاد بتحقيقات الخبراء في المجال وبأوراق وتقارير بحثية مختلفة أجرتها مراكز أبحاث ومعاهد أكاديمية مختلفة.
سيتم تقسيم الحديث إلى عدة مراحل ومحطات وسيتم ربط كل مرحلة بمثال توضيحي لإعطاء فكرة واضحة وسليمة.
في نهاية الجلسة، يُفسح المجال أمام الجمهور لطرح الأسئلة وإعطاء الملاحظات.
Jehad Oumer, is a computer science graduate from the Lebanese American University. Currently pursuing a Masters in Language and Communication Technologies at the University of the Basque Country. Jehad is a founder and the project manager of Annir Platform, a Libyan digital platform for information literacy and internet safety awareness. Jehad's interest revolves around natural language processing, social networks analysis and civic tech.
Jehad Bushheua is a third-year medical student at the University of Tripoli, Libya. currently the Editor-in-Chief and a Fact-Checker at Annir, a Libyan, independent, apolitical platform that promotes cyber-hygiene awareness and fact-checks false and misleading information
Jehad is interested in digital rights, countering disinformation and coordinated misinformation.
