يتضمن كل جزء على محتويات مكتوبة و جداول تحتوي على ارقام و حقائق ، بالاضافة الى النصوص التي تشرح كل فقرة على حدا، العرض البرزينتيشين يشد انتباه الحضور بالاضافة الى استخدام تطبيق جامبورد من جوجل حتى يستطيع الحضور كتابة ملاحظاتهم/ن و المشاركة في العرض و ابداء ارائهم/ن و نشرها على الشاشة حتى يتعرف الجميع على اراء بعضهم البعض.
المنهجية التي سوف اتبعها خلال هذه الجلسة (50 دقيقة) هي طريقة استعراض الافكار وإفساح المجال أمام الحضور للمشاركة من خلال تطبيق "جامبورد"، بالإضافة الى استخدام الصوت والصورة خلال برنامج الاجتماعات عبر الانترنت.
سوف نستمع إلى تجارب الحضور وآراءهم والتحديات التي تواجههم/ن، كما سنوقّع على عريضة تحتوي على مطالب سيتم نشرها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
علاوة على ما سبق، سيتمّ توجيه الحضور ومناقشة كيفيّة التحرّك بشكل فاعل وإيجاد الحلول والتوصيات المناسبة.
The methodology that I will follow consists of reviewing ideas and providing opportunities for the attendees to participate through the Jamboard application, in addition to the use of audiovisual tools during the meeting.
I will give the opportunity for the attendees to review the application and write their opinions and the challenges they face, as well as to sign a petition with their demands to be published on social media. I will also involve the attendees in working effectively to find solutions and urge them to commit to this work.
