Participants will feel the importance of using simulation to save beneficiaries' lives and reduce the time for the humanitarian processes.
They will notice how the simulation will reduce the cost and increase the quality of the humanitarian processes; and how it minimizes the quantity of the resources by enabling managers to predict the optimal allocation of resources.
They will realize how simulation is a good way to mitigate risks, as the on-site monitoring is not always safe, as happens in conflict, instability, natural disasters, or epidemics. Spending time before the problem will help spread awareness to mitigate its consequences.
تهدف هذه الجلسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تقييم عمليّات إدارة حالة حماية الأطفال بناءً على نهج استباقي، في محاولة لتفادي المشكلة قبل حدوثها.
تركّز المناقشة على كيفيّة استخدام تقنيات المحاكاة لإزالة التعقيدات من خلال سيناريوهات "ماذا لو" المطبّقة على عملياّت إدارة حالة حماية الأطفال لخفض المدّة والكلفة وتحسين الجودة.
ستوضح الجلسة كيف يمكن أن يساعد استخدام سيناريوهات "ماذا لو" في الاستعداد لحالات الطوارئ والتخطيط والاستجابة لها مقابل تكلفة فعّالة واستخدام رشيد للموارد.
سنشرح أيضاً خلال الجلسة كيفيّة إدارتنا للمشروع من خلال تفصيل أداة قياسيّة لإدارة العمليّات، تعتمد طرقاً فعّالة للانتقال من النهج التفاعلي إلى النهج الاستباقي.
وأخيراً، سنناقش قدرة هذه الأداة على مساعدة مدراء مشاريع حماية الأطفال على تطوير مهارات الموظفين وقدراتهم، واختبار الإجراءات وخطط الطوارئ، وتوطيد العلاقات وتحقيق درجة أكبر من القدرة على التنبؤ في التخطيط والاستجابة في الأعمال الإنسانيّة.
