English Abstract:How do you build a lasting and successful company that also stays true to its open source roots? We'll see how Elastic did it (the company behind FOSS projects Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, etc.). But we will also look at how others are approaching this challenge, what worked, and what failed.
