AI agents are changing how software gets built, reviewed, secured, and shipped. They can take on tasks, reason across codebases, open pull requests, improve tests, and help teams move from idea to implementation faster than ever before.
But faster delivery only matters if teams can still trust what they ship.
In this session, we’ll explore what DevOps looks like in the age of agents. We’ll look at how agentic workflows are reshaping the software delivery loop, from planning and coding to review, security, and deployment. We’ll also talk about the human side of this shift: how teams provide context, set guardrails, keep control of critical decisions, and use agents to improve flow rather than create more noise.
This is not a talk about replacing developers or automating DevOps away. It’s about building a better delivery system, where humans and agents work together to ship software with more speed, confidence, and impact.
