Dr. Jacqueline Kucera is a specialist in Data Management, Data Science, and AI, with a significant background in data analysis at the Swiss Federal Statistical Office and the Federal Social Insurance Office. Previously, she led the Parliamentary Library, Research & Data services at the Swiss Federal Assembly, where she was responsible for strategic AI initiatives in a highly sensitive public-sector environment. Her work focuses on trustworthy AI systems, sovereign governance architectures, human agency and new ways of working in AI-augmented organisations.
