Bianca Kastl, developer and digital explainer, has been working professionally and in civil society for a long time on digital infrastructures and their technological consequences in the areas of public administration and healthcare. After gaining extensive experience with digital pandemic applications, her current focus is on major digitization projects in the context of public administration, such as the Online Access Act, register modernization, digital identities, and digital healthcare, such as the electronic patient record, the European Health Data Space, and the Health Data Use Act in Germany.
She is currently chairwoman of the Innovationsverbund Öffentliche Gesundheit e.V. (InÖG).
