Ramak Molavi, lead of Mozilla Foundation's Meaningful AI Transparency research project, and Jesse McCrosky, Head of sustainability and social change at ThoughWorks ( co-author of the report), will answer all your questions around the research findings and AI transparency in Practice. Borhane Blili-Hamelin (Accountability Case Labs /Babl AI) will be hosting our session!

(he/him) I’m a consultant, researcher, and organizer focused on AI ethics. I help organizations mitigate harms and protect rights through AI ethics and risk management. I draw from my PhD in philosophy and my expertise in algorithmic accountability and stakeholder engagement. My focus is making AI governance more cross-disciplinary, reflective, and empowering for impacted communities.

Jesse is Thoughtworks’ Head of Sustainability and Social Change for Finland and a Principal Data Scientist. He has worked with data and statistics since 2009 including with Mozilla, Google, and Statistics Canada. With Thoughtworks, Jesse is helping our clients build socially responsible AI systems and conducting research on the ethical questions raised by new technologies and understanding the social consequences of their adoption.
