PyCon JP Association 理事 / PyLadies Tokyo スタッフ 。Ops Engineer としてCI/CD, ドキュメント公開自動化などのワークフロー処理やモニタリング処理の可視化、バッチシステムの実行効率化などを軸にして仕事をする。その過程でPyLadies Tokyo meetup #1に参加し、初めてPythonに触れる。現在はMicrosoft社にてMigrate&Modernize Global Black Beltとして従事。座右の銘は「人生アドリブ」。

PyCon JP 初開催となる D&I パネル。
「多様性について、あなたはどう感じていますか？」
現場で直面する課題や工夫を、社会人・学生・外国籍など多様な背景を持つ女性たちが「どんな壁があり、どう乗り越えてきたか」を語ります。
当日は会場からの質問も受け付け、参加者のみなさんと一緒に考えていきます。
This is the first-ever D&I panel at PyCon JP.
“How do you feel about diversity?”
Women from diverse backgrounds—including professionals, students, and those with international experience—will share the challenges they’ve faced and the ways they’ve overcome them.
The panel will also take questions from the audience, creating an opportunity to think together about diversity and inclusion.
