2024年デジタル技術を活用した業務効率化や変革を実現するための社内活動「AI道場」に参加。
Pythonの「パ」の字も知らなかった保健師が、若手メンバーと共に24万件のデータ分析を１年で実行できるように。
広島市在住。夫と大学生の息子２人の４人家族。趣味は洋裁と登山。

PyCon JP 初開催となる D&I パネル。
「多様性について、あなたはどう感じていますか？」
現場で直面する課題や工夫を、社会人・学生・外国籍など多様な背景を持つ女性たちが「どんな壁があり、どう乗り越えてきたか」を語ります。
当日は会場からの質問も受け付け、参加者のみなさんと一緒に考えていきます。

“How do you feel about diversity?”
Women from diverse backgrounds—including professionals, students, and those with international experience—will share the challenges they’ve faced and the ways they’ve overcome them.
The panel will also take questions from the audience, creating an opportunity to think together about diversity and inclusion.
