Across Asia, many PyLadies chapters are building vibrant communities where women can grow in tech, connect with peers, and develop new skills. At the same time, chapters often face shared challenges, such as securing funding, increasing visibility, and sustaining long-term engagement.

In this panel, we bring together PyLadies leaders from across Asia to share our experiences, celebrate successes, and discuss the hurdles we still face. We will explore practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, support one another across borders, and amplify the impact of our chapters.
