OpenStreetMap Lebanon with Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) mapped land use across Lebanon to support disaster recovery. Detailed classification of residential, agricultural, and critical infrastructure areas enabled faster damage assessment, prioritization of response, and recovery planning in conflict-affected contexts, strengthening locally driven, evidence-based humanitarian decision-making and resilience overall efforts.
