Immerse yourself in a restorative 30-minute meditation session guided by Global Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, Natalie Matias as a small retreat in your day for self-care. Discover the restorative nature within us through an exploration of nature soundscapes and a mindful meditation through sight, sound, and our breath.


What is the goal and/or outcome of your session?:

The goal of this session is to offer a self-care moment to help address zoom/pandemic fatigue.
Its aim is also be a way to promote and develop a sense of connection with the self and others.

Why did you choose that space? How does your session align with the space description?:

I've chosen this workshop as it is well documented and studied that meditation and sound can be a tool to promote well-being and health.

How will you deal with varying numbers of participants in your session? What if 30 participants attend? What if there are 3?:

I am able to accommodate any group size. I will support through verbal aid and communication for any drop-ins to enjoy the session at any point of the session.

What happens after MozFest? We're hoping that many efforts and discussions will continue after MozFest. Share any ideas you already have for how to continue the work from your session.:

I hope after the experience there is a reminder of the importance of self-care in a digital age.
I hope that my online offering can be a way for continued exploration into these practices.
