What language would you like to host your session in?: EnglishNatalie is a first-generation immigrant of the Philippines and settler of Tkaronto, Canada. Her love language is, "acts of service" and as a Global Mindfulness Coach and Facilitator, she offers workshops and training to communities, organizations, and workplaces to explore connections of the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Natalie brings awareness to her work by integrating teachings from neuroscience, mindfulness-based stress-reduction, trauma, social-emotional learning, original teachings of the buddha, anti-oppression, conflict resolution, and Nature. Natalie has had the privilege to serve both for-profit and nonprofit and has worked with Meyer Memorial Trust, Rethink Breast Cancer, Mastercard Foundation, TD Bank, Fendi, and more.
